On October 29th, 2003 Premier Smiles, a comprehensive family, implant and cosmetic dentistry, arrived in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Our dental office is located along the Main Line in suburban Philadelphia. We are about 30 minutes from Center City, Philadelphia.
For more than 17 years, our practice has helped a lot of patients and also made a lot of friends. There are patients who had to move and change their dentist. What is rewarding is that when they were nearby, they were just coming into our office to say “Hello”. We have done full mouth reconstructions, crowns, bridges, implants, teeth whitening, fillings, and root canals. We also provided cosmetic dentistry for those who needed it.
Dr. C. Florin Arhiri is a compassionate and internationally educated professional, delivering a world-class knowledge of cosmetic dentistry and general dentistry to his patients in Pennsylvania. He has earned dental degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School and spent six years studying cosmetic and implant dentistry at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Gr T Popa in Eastern Europe.
He is certified in Invisalign technologies and has completed his master's in the CEREC CAD-CAM system. He is certified in Advanced Anterior Esthetics from the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, the premier postgraduate program for cosmetic dentistry and neuromuscular dentistry in the United States.
Before moving to the United States, Dr. Arhiri spent two years with patients in a private dental practice in Eastern Europe. He chose to continue his career in cosmetic dentistry in Pennsylvania because he was compelled to enhance his knowledge and share his worldview of cosmetic dentistry to provide superior dental health to patients. Meet Dr. Arhiri Family
It seems like yesterday when Dr. Arhiri completed his studies at University of Pennsylvania. Where does time go, huh?
Back in 2003, I started to help as many patients as I could by myself. Shortly after that, I added on board one front desk person and one assistant. Crazy times, indeed, but my passion to give my best in the field I loved most kept me going.
In 2015, I married Flori, then she started to manage my business (she has a business background plus an MBA in Marketing and Management). In a nutshell, since then, my life has become easier. I could focus just on treating people instead of being in every department of the office, while my wife was focusing on everything else.
Three years later, in 2018, we had Sophia Tatiana, and in 2019, we had Antonia Maria. They added a lot of love to our family, and many challenges, too. Our family extended rapidly, and our business was growing fast. Therefore, in 2020, we made an emotional decision and purchased another dental office. I was driven by my passion to help as many people as possible to reach their oral health, plus knowing that I have the best coach I could have, my wife, I did not think twice before buying our second office. Her business and leadership skills, her ability to give 150% in everything, and her desire to put a smile on each patient's face made me feel confident that I made the best decision. Without her help, this dream of mine would not have become a reality.
Together with our lovely team, we make dreams happen, and I am grateful for having nice people working with us, and I am also happy to have a wonderful community of patients. We love to work with people who want to make a difference in people's lives, people who are patient-centric and who go the extra mile in every situation.
Personal Hobbies and Interests
When I'm not in the office helping patients, one of my main hobbies is scuba diving. I enjoy the underwater world, which is totally unbelievable. I recommend this to everyone to try at least once in their lifetime because it would change their life forever. The things you can see underwater, the peace, the quiet, the serenity, they're absolutely amazing.
Favorite Part of My Job
My favorite part of the job is restoring teeth that patients thought were beyond salvation and seeing their confidence return. I also value building long-term relationships with patients and helping them understand the importance of preventative and proactive care. Being able to preserve natural dentition and prevent more complex problems in the future is incredibly rewarding.
Why I Chose This Profession
I chose dentistry because it combines science, engineering, artistry, and human connection. It allows me to work with my hands, solve complex problems, and make a tangible difference in patients' lives. Dentistry is one of the few professions where you can immediately improve both the health and confidence of a person.
Professional Background
I began my career focusing on developing strong clinical skills in restorative and comprehensive dentistry. Early on, I worked in diverse practice settings that allowed me to gain extensive experience in restorative procedures, crowns, and full reconstructions.
Over time, I refined my philosophy of care to emphasize precision, long-term treatment planning, and patient education. As my clinical confidence and vision grew, I established Premier Smiles with the goal of creating a practice centered on high-quality dentistry, integrity, and patient trust.
Today, I focus on comprehensive care, helping patients restore function, aesthetics, and long-term oral care through thoughtful treatments.
